Shipping Policy

At K’s Boutique, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your purchases.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1- 2 weeks after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows (after processing):

These timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. K’s Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and internationally. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations not serviced by USPS.
Lost or Damaged Packages
K’s Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping once they are in the care of USPS. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. However, we are happy to assist you with information or documentation needed for your claim.
